About Swigift
Swigift.ch is an independent distributor of gift boxes, created with the aim of giving. The box is already designed, and contains a gift voucher chosen by you (the user) through our various partners as well as a card created and personalized by you, inserted in a color envelope of your choice. The box also contains a wooden support for the card you have created. The box is then delivered by Post A to the desired address.
Each Swigift partner is unique and wants to propose you their gift vouchers so that you have the opportunity to create and give the ideal gift. The site contains a page which provides direct access to the list of partners.
Gift voucher
Once the gift voucher has been received by the recipient, they can use it with the partner concerned.
The validity period of the gift voucher is specified on the site at the time of ordering, and may also appear on the gift voucher. Please note that the date the voucher is sent will be considered the starting point of its validity.
Vouchers are neither exchangeable nor refundable. For the use of vouchers, the partner’s conditions prevail.
Voucher values vary from partner to partner. You can choose from the available proposed amounts. The amount you choose will correspond to the value of the gift voucher. If, for example, you choose to offer a gift voucher worth 100 CHF, the recipient will have at their disposal a voucher worth 100 CHF.
An order can only contain one gift voucher of a single value from a single partner.

Card
The card is to create when you create your gift. You can personalize it using the various options and tools available, with the design software who’s integrate into the site.
For the moment, only one format is available.
Once the order has been validated, it is no longer possible to make any changes. Only the user is responsible for its creation, also taking into account the General Terms and Conditions that he has accepted.
A soon as an account is created, you can save your work (voucher and card) on your account.
It is possible to consult the history of an order, but resuming a model is not yet possible.
Box
The entire box is made from recycled and recyclable cardboard.
Swigift decided to do everything in one. A resistant and secure box, while maintaining an aesthetic and good quality side. The surprise being mainly inside, we find another more elaborate and fine aspect upon opening, with lots of beautiful gifts awaiting the recipient.
It is designed so that everything is perfectly in its place and aesthetically pleasing, giving way to the surprise.
Payment
Accepted payment methods are: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express bank cards.
The total value of the order is defined following three points:
- The amount of the gift voucher.
- Packaging costs including A-mail delivery (8.00 CHF)
- Additional options may be offered (e.g. A+ shipping), which will be the responsibility of the User.
Delivery
Swigift only delivers to Switzerland.
Any order placed before 4:00 p.m. (Swiss time) from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) can be shipped the same day, from the Canton of Jura, by priority parcel (A Post). Delivery is made by Swiss Post on a corresponding next working day, including Saturdays.

Distribution may vary depending on national and regional holidays.
You can choose the delivery date when you finalise your purchase (subject to conditions). Please note that a delivery date chosen outside distribution days will be moved to the next working day. Delivery is made from the canton of Jura. It is therefore important to take national and regional public holidays into account.
Damage linked to transport must be declared immediately upon receipt of the goods at info@swigift.ch. Be sure not to forget to indicate the order number, reason for complaint, supporting documents (photos) etc.
Please contact us quickly at info@swigift.ch. In order to be able to respond to you as best as possible, it is necessary to mention the order number and any additional information (recipient address etc.)
